Description

The main ingredient of Feed Pellet Binder is an organic & inorganic long chain complex colloids that produced by high viscous natural montmorillonite combines with a-Starch in water via hydrogen bonding, green and environmental, without any chemical additive, compared with traditional pelleting binder. Our feed pellet binder doesn't contain formaldehyde residue. Not only have bonding function, but also remove mycotoxins.

Feed pellet binder for Aqua ---SUPER-BOND AQ

Composition: Aluminosilicate, Montmorillonite&α-Starch, Seaweed gel

The pellet feed made with this product has good water resistance, no matter it is fresh water or sea water, it can have good water resistance, it is soft but not loose after soaking in water, the glue between the particles is strong, and the water resistance can reach the standard.

Applications

1.Green and environmental protection, non-toxic, no bad smell, and a good palatability and food inducement;

Usage:This product is input in proportion with premix or core material at the same time. After fully mixing, the product is mixed with the material to enter the granulation process.

Dosage:Add 3-5kg per ton of feed, or adjust the proportion of the ingredients according to the specific ingredients.
