Description

Allicin has strong antibacterial effect and can inhibit a variety of Gram-positive cocci and Gram-negative bacilli at very low concentration, and also has inhibitory effect on mold, virus, protozoa, pinworms, etc. It is also effective in inhibiting Escherichia coli and Bacillus dysenteriae. It is used as insecticide and fungicide in agriculture, and also used in feed, food and medicine.

Applications
